I have been a huge fan of Son Volt since I heard their album "Honky Tonk", and that was in the summer of 2013. Since then, I have been following everything they release and i've been watching their Live shows online all the god damn time. Since I am the unluckiest sumbitch that ever walked this earth, I simply cannot go an see them live, since they only play in the USA, and I am stuck in this mud hole here on the Balkans (at least for the time being). Nevermind, well I have made this logo which was (obviously) inspired by their brilliant "Honky Tonk" album, and since I wanted to have and wear a t-shirt with their logo or whatever, I have designed a custom made one and ordered a local firm to print it. This is a quality print guys and not some crappy and cheap thing. It's the real deal and it will stay on for ages! (if properly managed that is). I am uploading the original design here in case anyone wants to print it him/herself. Have fun and check out their music.

POST SCRIPTUM:
It is not a secret that I am an enormous Bluegrass and Country music fan and I have been for many years. In fact, these days I listen to mostly Country and Bluegrass (sometimes a bit of Jazz) almost every single day and for the past 2-3 years I have discovered even more great musicians, so I ain't planning to stop listening and digging in the past. That's the quest I undertook years ago and I intend to continue doing it. Country music is NOT and American cliche genre, or some random radio station pop song coming from your speakers in your car or your headphones or whatever. It's a way of life! (at least for me) It's just sad and quite unfortunate that I was born in a COUNTRY (no pun intended) that is superficially and vaguely familiar (and flat-out ignorant) with such a historical, vast and important genre of music such as Country (and Blues) music. In my case it seems this is the the worst joke that can happen to a man in his lifetime, and I ain't even kidding. Fate and circumstances (some other crazy shit too) have played a dangerous game of poker and sometimes those two can be very, very nasty sumbitches. But life's tough and we just gotta try to escape our bad luck, our circumstances that led us to where we stand at our current existence, get away from our unwanted surroundings, lock, stock and then recognize the bars, get familiar with the "code" and change our points of views for our self-betterment and for the good of the ones we love and cherish. 'Nuff said. Now off to the nearest woods.
